The mark consists of of a cylindrical container. On the top portion of the container is the wording "THE LAUGHING COW" in red with four gold stars above the wording and a gold slim arched underline of the word "LAUGHING". Below the wording is a red shaded head of a cow outlined in black with white horns, eyes, nose, and lips and earrings made of a cylindrical shape with the red shaded cow head and blue and white stripe border.
