Mark Description:
The mark consists of, a large square, oriented with its corners vertical and horizontal. The large square is formed by nine smaller squares, similarly oriented, consisting of a center square and eight squares around the perimeter. The perimeter squares are alternately medium blue and dark blue, with the squares at the vertical and horizontal corners medium blue, and the intervening squares dark blue. The center square is medium blue, overlaid with a yellow circular design, comprising a stylized design of a compass rose. From the midpoint of the compass rose design, yellow lines run toward - but do not reach - the top, left and bottom vertices of the large square. A fourth yellow line runs from the center of the compass rose design through the right vertex of the large square to underline the letters "North Jerse", and ends opposite the tail of the "y" in "Jersey". The words "North Jersey" are in the color black. Underneath the words "North Jersey" are the words "Community Bank". "Community" is in dark blue. "Bank" is in medium blue.
